Celebrate 30 years of Creative Freedom in South Africa, this is this year’s theme for the annual DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival.
The festival which is aimed at uniting people of all cultures and backgrounds through the enjoyment of music, art, fashion, and great food, takes place on the 21st & 22nd September 2024 in the “City of Gold”, Johannesburg.
According to the Delicious Festival official website, this year’s event will provide a fun and electrifying experience for our local and global fans, with more food & beverage offerings from Africa and some of the world’s best music acts.
The organisers announced on Tuesday that American musicians Janet Jackson and Jill Scott will headline the 2024 instalment, joining local greats such as Thandiswa Mazwai and Sjava. The Soweto Gospel Choir is also billed to perform.
American artists Common, and Maxwell have also graced the festival’s previous instalments.
Tickets for this 2-day event have also gone on sale, General admission tickets for non-DStv Rewards members are R1 050, meanwhile Delicious Lounge tickets are R3 250 per person.

The Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit will yet again host the festival.
