Following their recent elimination from the Nedbank Cup, Kaizer Chiefs have refocused their efforts on the CAF Confederation Cup, aiming for a strong showing in the competition.
Kaizer Chiefs are scheduled to host Egyptian side Al Masry at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday for their penultimate Group D fixture in the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup. The match is set to commence at 3pm.

In their previous meeting in November in Egypt, Al Masry secured a 2-1 victory over Kaizer Chiefs in the initial group stage encounter. To progress to the quarterfinals, Kaizer Chiefs must win this match with a score of 2-0. Subsequently, Amakhosi will face another Egyptian club, Zamalek, in Cairo next weekend.
Currently, both Kaizer Chiefs and Al Masry have accumulated seven points after four matches. A win for Kaizer Chiefs would raise their total to ten points, enhancing their prospects in the group standings. Meanwhile, Zamalek, with eight points, will compete against Zesco United, who are yet to secure a point.
Tickets for the fixture are available for R80 at Computicket, Shoprite, and Checkers.
